Through one on one mentorship, 40 Roads aims to guide and equip black professionals to reach their full potential. Whether an employee or entrepreneur, we believe that guidance from senior black leaders to those who are early in their career, is critical to increasing the footprint of black professionals throughout the business world.

With our mentorship, our mentees will achieve career success that in turn becomes wisdom they can part on others in the form of mentorship, lead by them. There are many “roads” necessary to achieve success and reach full potential, and we aim to provide steady guidance to ensure that potential is realized.
